Analyzing mugham

So, Çahargah is completed! Wow, what a great mugham! And so looooonnnngggg! Hope to record it some day. But for now I am reviewing two of the shorter mughams - Rehab and Bayati Kürd.

I am going to attempt to explain what is happening in these mughams. I would appreciate any help from anyone out there who knows anything!

Reviewing another mugham - Humayun

This mugham I haven't played in a long time. It has proven to be difficult to remember, but once I get it - wow, this is fun to play. Hope you like the opening part - Bardasht.

Another city, another song. I was attending the Bologna international children's book fair for 3 alma. While strolling in Florence my colleague Aysel spotted me leaning against a wall overlooking the River Arno. What a great place to sing an Azerbaijani song!
